You can consult your Officient calendar in your Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. In this article, we explain how to create an additional calendar that is synchronized with your Officient calendar.
❗️Attention. This is only possible via the browser view of the Self Service
You can set this as follows:
Go to Calendar in your Self Service.
Click on the settings wheel ⚙️ at the top and select Link your personal calendar.
Click Create link for the calendar you want to import. You can choose to import your personal calendar, your team's or your team's birthday calendar.
Copy the link that will allow you to subscribe to your calendar application.
Option 1. Link with Google Calendar
Surf to Google Calendar in your browser.
On the left side next to "Other calendars" click on the + sign.
Select From URL.
Paste here the link you got above.
Click on Add Calendar. The calendar is displayed on the left side under Other calendars.
Repeat if you want to import multiple calendars.
Option 2. Link with Outlook
In Outlook, click File > Account settings.
In the tab Internet Calendars, click New.
Paste here the link you got above.
Click on Add.
In the Folder name box, type the name of the calendar as you want it to appear in Outlook.
Click on OK. The calendar will now be visible in Outlook.
Repeat if you want to import multiple calendars.
💡 If you want to combine the Officient calendar with your personal calendar, right-click on the Officient calendar and choose Overlay. Officient will no longer appear as a separate calendar in Outlook.
Option 3. Link with Apple Calendar
Open the Calendar app on your Mac.
Click on Archive at the top.
Select New calendar subscription.
Paste here the link you got above.
Click on Subscribe.
The calendar will now be visible in the Apple Calendar app.
Repeat if you want to import multiple calendars.
