Forgot your password for accessing HR Platform? No problem! With these steps, you can easily request a new password. All you need to know is which login method you are using.
1. I am logging in with my Google or Office 365 account
Have you linked your Officient account to your Google or Office365 account? Then you can reset your password at Google or Office365.
2. I am logging in with my email and Officient password
Follow these steps to recover the password you chose in Officient:
Go to your company's Officient domain (namecompany.officient.io).
Then click on Use email and password.
At the bottom click on Forgot your password?
Enter your email address and you will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
