Do you have a phone or tablet that runs on the Android or iOS operating system? And are you a user of the Officient HR Platform?

Then you can easily set up the HR Platform to be used as a mobile app on your phone or tablet! This way you can:

  • Keep track of your HR Administration even more easily by, for example, already approving or rejecting leave requests on your smartphone, while you are still on your way to the office.

  • Continue working with Officient even during a computer breakdown or Wi-Fi problem.

In short: you can now use Officient from anywhere and at any time to take care of urgent matters, if you wish!

Android Users

How do you do this?

  1. On your smartphone or tablet, open your Google Chrome browser.

  2. Go to start.officient.io and select Login to HR Platform.

  3. Log in as usual (username + password, Google Login or Office 365).

  4. If you are a user of the HR Platform with several companies on the same login, you can now select which HR Platform you want to log into.

  5. You are now in the HR Platform of this account in your mobile web browser. Now tap the 3 dots at the top right to open the menu.

  6. Choose Add to home screen.

  7. In the pop-up that appears, select Add.

  8. If you now open your menu to see all applications (slide your finger up and down on your home screen), you will find an icon called "Officient HR". You can also move this icon to the home screen for even quicker access.

  9. If you hold your finger on this icon, you can give it the correct account name.

  10. By repeating steps 1 to 8 you can set up multiple accounts to be used as an app on your smartphone.

Apple iOS users

How do you do this?

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open your Safari browser.

  2. Go to start.officient.io and select Login to HR Platform.

  3. Log in as usual (username + password, Google Login or Office 365).

  4. If you are a user of the HR Platform with several companies on the same login, you can now select which HR Platform you want to login to.

  5. You are now in the HR Platform of this account in your mobile web browser. Now tap the share icon in the navigation bar at the bottom (square with upward arrow).

  6. Choose Add to home screen.

  7. Give the app the appropriate name. Make sure there is no confusion with the Officient Self Service app you already have, or any other Officient accounts.

  8. If you then open your menu to see all apps, you will find an Officient icon with your chosen name.

  9. By repeating steps 1 to 7 you can set up multiple accounts to be used as an app on your smartphone.
